Senior Manager Sales & Marketing (Industrial Air Compressors)

Locations:

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales & Marketing

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
Lead
Field Sales and Direct Sales
initiatives to expand market presence and secure new business.
Strong experience in
Field Sales & Direct Sales
in industrial compressors

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and expert sales calls with branch engineers/managers.
Review and monitor dealer performance to maximize growth.

Client & Team Partnerships

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and field sales teams.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong follow-through and solution-oriented support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Market & Competition Intelligence

Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to refine sales approach.

Sales Proposals & Reporting

Prepare and present proposals, forecasts, and sales reports.
Support field sales with presentations, product positioning, application notes, and competition benchmarking.

Customer Support & Service Coordination

Work closely with the HO service team to analyze and address customer complaints and service feedback.

Growth & Innovation

Stay updated with industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Drive performance with proactive action, time management, and focus on results.
