Managing store manager achieving revenue targets, overseeing store operations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations. The manager leads and develops a team of associates, provides exceptional customer service, handles customer complaints, and implements visual merchandising standards and promotions to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Financial Management:

Achieve sales targets and drive store revenue. 

Manage budgets, track sales reports, and analyze financial performance. 

Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities. 

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate store employees. 

Conduct staff meetings and performance evaluations. 

Foster a positive work environment and develop team members. 

Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. 

Store Operations & Maintenance:

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. 

Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness meet brand standards. 

Comply with health and safety regulations and security protocols. 

Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, conducting regular counts and audits. 

Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment. 

Implement measures for loss prevention and shrinkage control. 

Administration & Reporting:

Undertake administrative tasks and manage store budgets. 

Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to management.
