Commercial Assistant – Full Time (On-Site)

Role Overview:

Commercial Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day commercial activities and documentation.
• Check, verify, and process supplier bills and invoices.
• Make timely payments to suppliers and reconcile their accounts.
• Prepare, process, and settle supplier and internal claims.
• Onboard new suppliers and maintain up-to-date records in the supplier portal.
• Update and maintain supplier-related data and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in product/service costing and maintain costing records.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools/software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
