Managing Director - Business Advisory - Global Delivery

We're looking for a leader with:

• Extensive Global Advisory services background and proven success in managing large operational teams

• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and execution skills

• Experience in global delivery centre operations and cross-functional project leadership

• Ability to build client trust, drive innovation, and lead diverse teams in a global environment.

• Looking for an individual who has managed multiple lines of business (a minimum of 3 or more lines of business advisory services) within a global delivery center.

Role Mission:

Lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Advisory Practice. Drive client impact through scalable service delivery, team leadership, and innovation in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

Key Responsibilities

Area Key Accountabilities:

Team Leadership

- Lead 2000+ FTEs across advisory domains
- Foster high-performance, inclusive culture

- Mentor senior leaders and drive talent development

Service Delivery

- Ensure quality, timeline, and budget adherence
- Implement global best practices and risk controls- Optimize processes through tech/AI automation

Client Excellence

- Manage C-suite relationships and escalations
- Host client visits and align delivery with expectations- Identify service expansion opportunities

Business Growth

- Contribute to GTM strategies and revenue scaling
- Pursue new service offerings (e.g., ESG, GenAI)- Represent at industry forums

Innovation

- Integrate emerging trends (AI, analytics) into solutions
- Develop tech-enabled advisory products- Champion continuous improvement

Governance

- Ensure compliance with global standards and data security
- Mitigate operational/reputational risks

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 20+ years in advisory/consulting (Big 4 or top-tier firm)
- 5+ years leading large teams (Approx. 2000+ FTEs) in global delivery centers or shared services

Core Competencies

- Leadership: Proven ability to scale high-performing teams across geographies
- Business Acumen: P&L ownership, financial metrics, and growth strategy

- Advisory Expertise: Management consulting, risk advisory, or digital transformation
- Client Impact: Track record with Fortune 500 clients and CXO engagement- Innovation: Fluency in AI, automation, and next-gen consulting trends
