Job Summary:

Tableau Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
  
• Gather and analyze data requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable visual solutions.
  
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various data sources.
  
• Optimize dashboards and queries for performance and scalability.
  
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to deliver insights and data visualizations.
  
• Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
  
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and processes.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with

  Tableau

  in a development or reporting role.
• Strong proficiency in

  SQL

  with experience in writing complex queries.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and database structures.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into visual dashboards.
  
• Experience in data blending, calculated fields, LOD expressions, and performance tuning in Tableau.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other BI tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
  
• Tableau certification is a plus.
