As a candidate for this role, you should have the following qualifications: - You should be from a Tier 1 B-school with an excellent academic background - You should possess 4-6 years of experience in credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment in a reputable organization - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must - Strong client management skills are required, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills - A strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks is essential In this role, your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing the Company's financial performance, benchmarking against peers, and projecting future performance - Undertaking rigorous credit risk analysis independently, involving industry/business research and financial analysis of various large corporates - Preparing rating reports that clearly articulate the rationale behind the rating - Ensuring adherence to timelines, maintaining high-quality analytics and presentations - Managing client relationships, engaging with key management personnel, and conveying final ratings - Making presentations to the Rating Committee, addressing questions, and providing clarifications to support rating recommendations - Working on franchise building activities such as Sectoral Press Releases, Webinar presentations, thought leadership pieces, and Industry conferences - Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and collaborating with internal stakeholders to stay updated on market trends - Eventually managing a small team of Analysts/Senior Rating Analysts, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, and providing guidance and mentorship to team members,
