In Security and Compliance, your role will be to keep Meritto safe and sound. Your day will involve monitoring
systems, implementing protocols, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards to protect our clients
and business.
● Planning and overseeing computer systems, hardware, and network installation and maintenance.
● Developing and implementing network security and IT infrastructure policies.
● Analyzing resource utilization and optimizing performance.
● Monitoring and troubleshooting network stability and performance.
● Managing network and system security to ensure compliance.
● Providing technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
● Leading and developing the IT team, including recruitment and training.
● Creating a positive work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.
● Staying updated on cybersecurity threats and ensuring system protection.
● Monitoring and evaluating the success of IT initiatives and exploring new tools.
● Maintaining documentation for the network and managing software licenses.
● Supporting and maintaining hardware, software, and network components.
● Establishing a security policy to protect company information and resources.
● Managing the IT department's budget.
● Managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements are met.
● Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
● A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Antivirus & Firewall solutions (Mcafee, Seqrite)
● Prior experience of managing VPN accounts both Open VPN or any third party vendor(Accops)
● Prior experience of Inventory management of IT Assets
● Strong teamwork and communication skills
● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
● Strong expertise of all major operating systems (Mac,windows,Linux)
● Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems
● Experience with network administration (Cisco certification a plus)
● Experience managing on-premises servers, storage area networks (SAN), and network-attached
storage (NAS)devices
● Familiarity with our software platforms including Microsoft 365 (e.g., Power BI), Salesforce, and Azure
