- Drive the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Ensuring detailed business reporting with in-depth analysis on trends
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on a future path to be taken.
- Demonstrate ability and skill in handling overall accounting function
- Support month end and year end closing processes
- Provide guidance on preparation of cash flows and implementation of fund tracking system
- Ensure timely updating of books of accounts complying with statutory and internal norms
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly ,quarterly and annual basis
- Lead the financial MIS department
- Oversee all audit and internal control operations
- Handle statutory/internal / tax audits from time to time.
- Ensure compliances with all statutory regulation and requirements to GST/ Service Tax/ TDS/Income Tax
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
1. Qualified CA with at least 10 Years of Experience
2. Knowledge of Oracle ( Preferred)
3. Should be ready to placed in a unit in Noida Phase II
