Job Description

NIET Greater Noida is looking for a Manager/Assistant Manager to join our (T&P) School of Computer Applications. If you're passionate about establishing corporate relations and guiding students towards successful placements, we want to hear from you!


Relevant experience of 2-3 years in placements, employer relations, or career development is highly valued.


Role & responsibilities

  • Employer Relations:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and recruiters to identify job openings and understand their workforce requirements. 
  • Student Counselling & Preparation:

    Provide career guidance to students, counsel them on job acceptance, and help them prepare for interviews, including resume writing and mock assessments. 
  • Placement Coordination:

    Manage and facilitate the entire placement process, from inviting companies to campus for interviews to handling logistical arrangements like travel and accommodation. 
  • Data Tracking & Reporting:

    Track placement statistics, monitor outcomes, and provide data-driven feedback on industry trends to students and leadership to improve program effectiveness. 
  • Strategic Planning:

    Develop and implement effective job placement strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance the employability of students or program participants. 

Preferred candidate profile

  • Relationship Building:

    Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both employers and students. 
  • Counselling & Guidance:

    Skills in counselling individuals, guiding them through career decisions, and preparing them for the job market. 
  • Communication:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills for corresponding with companies and interacting with students. 
  • Organizational Skills:

    Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, scheduling interviews, and handling logistical aspects of placement drives. 
  • Data Analysis:

    Ability to track, analyze, and report on placement data to assess and improve strategies.
