Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement integrations using Workday Studio for seamless data exchange.

2. Build and manage thirdparty payroll system integrations ensuring accuracy and compliance.

3. Develop reusable integration patterns, error handling, and monitoring processes.

4. Collaborate across technical and functional teams during requirements gathering.

5. Test and deploy integrations within agreed timelines.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures proactively.

7. Document integration designs, processes, and solution architecture. 8. Optimize integration performance and security.

9. Guide knowledge transfer sessions on integration solutions. Stay current with Workday integration technologies and marketplace tools

Workday Integration & Functional (HCM & Fice)

Preferred skill sets

With certification, must have demonstrated consulting & endtoend implementation experience in Workday

Years of experience

Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience Overall experience can vary between 8 to 14 Years

Education qualification

Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred B.E/B.Tech + MBA (optional) ERP Implementation Exp
