Role Summary

We are hiring a hands-on and proactive

Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

to oversee the execution and maintenance of solar projects. The role calls for a solid technical background, on-ground project execution expertise, and the ability to manage multiple project sites effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead execution, installation, and commissioning of solar projects—delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for effective implementation.
Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal and client-facing communication.
Resolve site-level challenges and ensure projects remain on track.
Enforce safety and environmental standards across all active project locations.

Qualifications & Skills

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
3–4 years of on-site experience in solar project execution and O&M.
Deep understanding of PV systems, installation processes, and maintenance protocols.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and project management abilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with project tracking and management tools is an advantage.
