Role Summary

Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution, installation, and commissioning of solar projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth implementation.
• Conduct regular site visits to track progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain project documentation and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols at all project sites.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of on-site experience in solar project execution and O&M.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, installation, and maintenance.
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools/software is an advantage.
