Key Responsibilities

Experience: 7+ years in Finance at logistics or supply chain industry
Strong understanding of logistics billing, shipment-based invoicing, and portal-based AR processes
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to lead a team and manage cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

To look after AR receivable PAN India Basis
To reconcile and resolve old pending issues PAN India
To knocking of old debit & Credit unmatched entries after proper justification PAN India
Collection Follow-up
To look after Prime Customer Shipments PAN India basis
Collect Data from Operation Team
Verification of Documents for all activity
Invoice Posting after verification of documents
Make set of the documents activity wise for Processing for Pos with Customer Team
Maintain Trackers for shipments for all Customer
Preparing MIS as per customer requirement
Ensure timely collection of Pos.
Upload Invoices & Set of documents on customer Portal
Monitor the status of Invoices on customer Portal
Resolve issues if any to streamline the payment process
Follow-up for the payment
To prepare Ageing Report before CSR Due date PAN India
To Share and monitor ageing report for Branch
To discuss with Branch accountant for collection
Prepare DP report for Bank
26 AS reconciliation
To involve in Financial Year closing for AR receivables
To Visit customer for reconciliation , resolving discrepancy & streamline the Process
