: Operations Manager – WilloStays

Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi

Work from office :Kochi

Company: WilloStays (Property & Guesthouse Management Company)

About the Role

WilloStays is a growing property management company managing multiple guesthouses and vacation homes across South India. We are looking for a strong Operations Manager who can independently manage day-to-day office operations, oversee all departments, and ensure smooth functioning of the company.

This role is for someone who can take ownership, not just follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overall Operations Management

  • Manage and oversee all office operations at WilloStays
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments (Bookings, Operations, Guest Relations, Accounts, Marketing)
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal team issues and escalations

2. Team & Staff Management

  • Supervise office staff, booking executives, and property coordinators
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and work quality
  • Train new employees and ensure SOPs are followed
  • Conduct daily/weekly team reviews and performance tracking

3. Booking & Guest Management Oversight

  • Oversee booking operations across Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings, and WhatsApp
  • Ensure zero double bookings and correct calendar management
  • Handle guest escalations, complaints, and special cases professionally
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction and review standards

4. Property & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with property owners, caretakers, housekeeping, and maintenance vendors
  • Ensure properties are guest-ready and issues are resolved quickly
  • Maintain property reports and operational checklists

5. Reporting & Process Control

  • Maintain daily operational reports (bookings, revenue, issues)
  • Track performance metrics and highlight operational gaps
  • Improve workflows, reduce errors, and build strong internal processes

6. Management Support

  • Act as the bridge between the founder and the team
  • Take responsibility for tasks currently handled by the owner
  • Ensure the business runs smoothly without constant supervision

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager / Office Manager / Property Manager
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of hospitality or service-based operations
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and make quick decisions
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets / booking platforms

Salary

₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
