Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Vigilance Operations for the Business through periodic field visits and Vigilance awareness drives.
• Carry out intensive Vigilance Management operations
• Develop casework through analytics, surveillance, testing and proven investigative tactics.
• Detecting and investigating the fraud cases.
• Establish effective informant network for proactive vigilance operations.
• Detect fraudulent activities through data analysis.
• Ensure laid down process by the Company including Code of Conduct and Ethics in preventing fraud are being complied.
• Obtain inputs regarding fraudulent activities.
• Conduct visits of areas of interest in the procurement and supply chain of the business for Vigilance operations.
• Carry out diagnostic/Root cause analysis during the investigation and submit process strengthening initiatives to mitigate the fraud risk.
• Implementation of Vigilance programs/Activities as per the Company directives within the business.
