Participate in SIT/UAT cycles , validate rule changes, execute tuning activities, and document outcomes. Troubleshoot application issues, analyze alert behavior, and work with technical teams for root cause fixes. Support system upgrades, deployments, list refresh cycles , and ensure stable production performance.
