Job Description

Looking for a specialist with 59 years of experience in
AML Screening and Fircosoft platforms
.
Must have strong hands-on experience in
Fircosoft configurations
, including rules, thresholds, matching logic, and list updates.
Should possess a solid understanding of
Name & Transaction Screening
processes and AML/Sanctions compliance requirements.
Requires good knowledge of
Fircosoft architecture
, workflows, integration touchpoints, and system components.
Expected to support
tuning, optimization, and false-positive reduction
for screening engines.
Should be able to collaborate with IT and Compliance teams for testing, deployments, issue resolution, and enhancements.

Roles & Responsibilities-

Configure and maintain Fircosoft screening rules, watchlists (Sanctions, PEP, Adverse Media), and system parameters.
Perform and support
AML Name/Transaction Screening
, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Participate in
SIT/UAT cycles
, validate rule changes, execute tuning activities, and document outcomes.
Troubleshoot application issues, analyze alert behavior, and work with technical teams for root cause fixes.
Support system
upgrades, deployments, list refresh cycles
, and ensure stable production performance.
Provide reports, documentation, and coordination during audits, compliance reviews, and change board meetings.
