Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced

HR Manager Supply Chain

from the

logistics/warehousing industry

to lead HR operations across multiple locations. The role requires strong expertise in

recruitment

,

performance management

, and

training coordination

specifically for

supply chain teams

, along with handling general HR functions, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end

recruitment

for logistics, warehouse, and supply chain roles.
Drive

PMS

and

performance reviews

for the

supply chain team

.
Coordinate and execute

training programs

for warehouse/logistics staff.
Oversee HR operations across

multiple locations

, ensuring compliance.
Handle statutory requirements, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain employee data, attendance, and coordinate with payroll.
Lead

employee engagement initiatives

and coordinate with manpower vendors.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Requirements:

6 8 years

of HR experience in

logistics/supply chain

companies.
Proven track record in

blue-collar hiring

and field HR operations.
Experience with

multi-location HR management

.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Male candidates preferred

due to field travel requirements.
