Job Description

Manage
daily cash flow, fund positioning, and liquidity planning
across projects and corporate accounts.
Prepare
short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
for Solar EPC projects.
Handle
banking operations
, including fund transfers, bank reconciliations, and compliance.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for
working capital limits, term loans, LC/BG issuance
, and renewals.
Monitor
project-wise fund utilization
and ensure adherence to budgets and financing terms.

Manage
LCs, BGs, and other non-fund-based facilities
required for EPC contracts.
Support
project financing activities
, including documentation, disbursements, and covenant compliance.
Track
interest costs
, optimize borrowing, and ensure timely servicing of debt obligations.
Liaise with internal teams (Projects, Finance, Accounts) to align fund requirements with execution schedules.
Assist in
audit, statutory, and internal audit
requirements related to treasury functions.
Ensure compliance with
company policies, lender covenants, and regulatory requirements
.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
