Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Manager Training in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Design and deliver discipline-specific professional and process/tool knowledge training.
Create general workplace standards, processes, and tools training programs.
Lead a team of specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and training.
Ensure effective implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or related field, with a maximum of 7 years.
Strong understanding of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO operations and processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Experience in developing and implementing training curriculum and materials.
Strong project management and time management skills.
