The Job:

We are looking for Manager Ops Training, responsible for designing, facilitating, and continuously improving operations capability programs across the Drivers & Delivery Organization. The role will cover learning needs of Fleet Managers, Area Managers, Operations Managers, and City Operations Heads, while also ensuring structured onboarding and capability development for sourcing and field operations teams. The focus will be on building operational excellence, and people leadership capabilities that drive efficiency, partner experience, and business outcomes.

5+ years of operations training, preferably in retail, supply chain, or operations-focused environments.

  • Onboarding Bootcamps & On-the-job training
  • Develop role-specific onboarding journeys integrating classroom, simulations, and digital learning modules for frontline field operations as well as city-level leadership roles.
  • Design and implement OJT plans for operations roles, including shadowing field audits, joint sourcing drives, and simulation-based exercises.
  • Partner with Regional/City Operations Heads to embed structured feedback loops and coaching checkpoints during the first 6090 days.
  • Run periodic refresher sessions on operational excellence, partner engagement, compliance, and cost/productivity levers.
  • Conduct cohort-level capability assessments (e.g., process knowledge, safety protocols, leadership readiness) and close gaps through targeted training.
  • Introduce gamified learning formats and operational contests to sustain engagement and motivation.
  • Leverage AI to personalize learning journeys, nudge for learning adoption, improve knowledge retention, and provide real-time feedback loops to operations teams.
  • Provide on-ground coaching through field visits, process observation, and feedback conversations.
  • Build internal training capability by equipping Field Trainers, SMEs, and high-performing Fleet Managers as trainers and mentors.
  • Institutionalize train-the-trainer programs to ensure capability sustainability at scale.
  • Link training outcomes to business charter metrics like delivery reliability, sourcing funnel health, and city operational performance.
  • Share regular dashboards with Operations Leadership and HRBPs.
  • Work with City Ops Heads, Sourcing Managers, and HRBPs to prioritize capability needs.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of operations training, preferably in retail, supply chain, or operations-focused environments.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with proven experience running operations bootcamps & OJT programs.
  • Design and content development expertise to create contextual, role-specific training material (playbooks, SOP guides, simulations, microlearning).
  • Ability to translate operations strategies into practical, frontline and manager-level learning solutions.
  • Strong understanding of delivery partner lifecycle, field operations, and sourcing models.
  • Strong data orientation to measure training impact and link to operational KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills to engage both frontline and leadership audiences.
  • Open to travel for training delivery and field immersions across cities.
