Manager-Trainer

Job Title: Manager-Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver training content, presentations, and training modules related to product knowledge, sales process, system usage, documentation, and compliance.
• Conduct classroom training, batch training, refresher training, and individual capability-building sessions.
• Facilitate

  Train the Trainer (TTT)

  programs to build internal training capability.
• Monitor trainee performance, conduct assessments, and ensure skill readiness before deployment.
• Coordinate and conduct

  field visits

  for practical exposure, on-job training (OJT), and performance observation.
• Maintain training MIS, reports, attendance records, feedback, and training evaluation data.
• Work closely with Product and Operations Team to identify training needs and close competency gaps.
• Ensure training aligns with company guidelines, regulatory standards, and business goals.
• Will be responsible for various training programs like induction, new product launch training, refresher training
• The incumbent will be responsible for the training effectiveness and showcase the effectiveness via different reporting methods

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging training content (PPTs, assessments, role-plays, learning modules, scripts).
• Strong/good knowledge of products like

  Individual Loans, Express Loans, and E-Rickshaw loan process

  , including credit, risk, documentation, operations, and collections.
• Coaching, mentoring, and on Job Training the identified employee(s)
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital learning tools.
• Ready to travel for branch and market training as per company requirements
