Job Description

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) E-Rickshaw (NBFC) will support the sales team in driving the growth of e-rickshaw financing business. The role involves managing a sales team, generating leads, building relationships with e-rickshaw owners and dealers, and ensuring achievement of sales targets in the assigned territory. The ASM plays a key role in expanding the NBFCs footprint in the green mobility finance segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the assigned team of District Manager(s) in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets for e-rickshaw loans.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the team to meet or exceed business targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking with e-rickshaw dealers.
  • Monitor field activities, conduct regular team meetings & training to guide the team to achieve the required targets
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, credit, verification, and disbursal teams for timely loan processing.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements and new initiatives.
  • Conduct field visits to key locations for business development and relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline data, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and financial literacy programs targeting the e-rickshaw community.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development, loan portfolio health, customer feedback, and market insights for management.
  • Organize and participate in financial literacy and awareness programs targeting e-rickshaw owners and drivers.
  • Drive and monitor and maintain collections according to schedule dates.
  • Keep a track of collection Rickshaw movements.
