As a Manager for the Testing Business Unit, your role will involve overseeing multiple design teams, setting organizational design standards, and driving innovation in the design process to ensure that design efforts have a significant impact on achieving business objectives. You should have 10+ years of experience in ASIC testing utilizing hardware platforms and hardware development targeted for ASIC reliability tests. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of engineers to conduct tests, analyze/debug results, and provide test reports. Additionally, you will lead a team of around 10 to 15 ASIC test and hardware engineers involved in ASIC testing tasks. Your experience in leading teams to develop software for ASIC reliability tests and involvement in one or more ASIC reliability test life-cycles will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of ASIC test and hardware engineers to conduct tests and provide test reports - Develop software for ASIC reliability tests - Debug and indicate failures during reliability testing - Plan activities, manage schedules, and track deliverables to ensure on-time delivery - Interact with stakeholders in ASIC development lifecycle - Have knowledge of standards and qualification procedures related to ASIC reliability tests Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in ASIC testing utilizing hardware platforms - Experience in managing a team of engineers for ASIC testing tasks - Knowledge of standards and qualification procedures related to ASIC reliability tests In addition to the above, you are expected to design and architect large-scale solutions, ensure scalability, performance, and security, train and develop teams, upskill with cutting-edge tech, and leverage domain/tech expertise to gather client needs and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
