Manager-Technical support(Architectural hardware)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·      Specify and suggest hardware for projects.

·      Prepare technical specifications of products in accordance with customer requirements.

·      Analyze technical complaints and suggest resolutions. Also give technical presentations as required.

·      Serve as primary contact and representative to regional operations leadership for all issues involving Technical Services; implement programs and initiatives as directed from the Corporate Technical Services team

·      Train new employees, clients etc. for hardware

·      Initiate collaborative efforts by sharing key learning, effective processes and related best practices with peers at the regional and Company level

·      Support the implementation of proposed technology projects including providing oversight in the planning and execution phases.

Education and/or Work Experience or skill Requirements:

Education and Experience:

B.E(Mechanical/Civil/Electrical). Might consider High school diploma, certificate or equivalent is required.

At least four years' experience in designing or construction industry background

CTC: 6-10 L

Skills required:

·  Proficiency with written and email communication including use of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

·      Analytical skill.

·      Expertise in technical aspects of the products

·      Preferably from Glass/Excursion/Aluminium manufacturing industry

·      Knowledge of AUTOCAD.

·      B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical

·      Electrical knowledge preferable

Knowledge Required:

·  Auto Cad

  Product tech.
