Manager-Technical support(Architectural hardware)

As a hardware specialist, you will be responsible for specifying and suggesting hardware for various projects based on customer requirements. You will prepare technical product specifications, analyze technical complaints, and provide resolutions. Additionally, you will deliver technical presentations and act as the primary contact for Technical Services issues to regional operations leadership. Your role will also involve training new employees and clients on hardware usage, collaborating with peers to share best practices, and supporting the implementation of technology projects. Furthermore, you will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or a high school diploma with relevant work experience in the designing or construction industry. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in written and email communication using MS Office tools, strong analytical skills, and expertise in technical aspects of products. Experience in the Glass, Excursion, or Aluminium manufacturing industry is preferred, along with knowledge of AUTOCAD and a B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
