1.Be complete in-charge of assigned Technical Sales & Project Management (TS & PM).
2. Identify the feasibility study, Customer communication / set-up meetings for discussion on requirements, Conceptualisation and defining scope for proper Costing.
3. Strategies in developing business module by streamlining the standardization in products in association with product development team.
4. Prepare an area wise yearly/ Quarterly business plan and execute by active participation of Regional Sales Team.
5. Ability to handle the technical sales with customer and aligning to customer expectation for the solution. Ensuring clear scope with concept and an offers
6. Key market & Application oriented lead materialization and strategizing to convert into opportunity conversion for an order.
7. Application Analysis, Conceptualization, Cost Estimation, Price strategy for the systems, techno-commercial offer preparation.
8. Project Costing, Project Kick-Off to SAT process monitor and ensure team alignment for projects deliverables, Q-C-D (Quality-Cost-Delivery)
9. Preparaing strategies for acquiring business from major customers and using the potential of existing accounts/ applications case study to maximize market share.
10. Support the development of strong relationships with key customers/ material suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
11. Conducting and organizing tech day's to reach out to customer in effective manner.
12. Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions & Promote the companys products or services to prospective customers.
13. Single window contact to customer for project management from beginning until SAT with machine hand over.
14. Conducting CFT weekly meeting to ensure information, communication follow between the departments. Ensure to follow defined process flow in every stage.
15. Ensure proper execution of modification related to design and changes during & after Assembly/FAT/SAT through team.
