Responsible for regional business growth & service, key account management, prospecting, presentations, CRM handling, technical coordination, order negotiation, and driving sales strategies with strong communication & analysis skills.
Responsibilities:
1.Be completely in-charge of assigned regions for business development & Service Activity.
2.Make regular contact with key accounts to keep track of new requirements and maximise/ increase DIPL Business from Key Accounts.
3.Showcase and build compelling presentations and actively engage in prospecting
4.Actively participation in market coverage in closely contact with all BDM's
5.Collect all necessary technical inputs data and ensure the information is readily workable by the application engineering team.
6.Effectively handling the CRM tool for better sales/customer data process.
7.To negotiate and finalize all orders with all terms and conditions favourable with DIPL terms.
8.Implementation of strategic sales functionalities for effective sales growth YoY.
9.Sales process ownership with delegation and team managing for better market capture and to increase sales volume.
10.Excellency in communication and presentation. Computer knowledge with MS Office Tools
11.Project sales technique with intercommunications with stakeholders.
12.Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
13.Sales Data Analysis with accurate forecast from the sales data.
Skills
Knowledge of Sales Process - Sales Lead Generation to execution of projects, including payment materialization.
Strong Commination & Presentation Skill with excellence in PowerPoint and excel.
Customer relationship management Experience Expectation
05 - 10+ Years of Industrial Technological Products selling skill with process automation Knowledge with Industrial Rotary equipment knowledge. Similar Industries experience will be added advantage.
Education BE Mechanical/Diploma Mechanical/Mechatronics
