Profile Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Technical Content Writer to join our team and help shape the narrative around our cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) products. You will be responsible for producing clear, engaging, and technically accurate content that educates, informs, and inspires our audience—from developers and data scientists to enterprise decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality technical content including product documentation, white papers, blog posts, tutorials, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
• Product Understanding: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deeply understand GenAI product features, use cases, and underlying technologies.
• Audience Focus: Tailor content for different audiences, including technical users (developers, ML engineers) and non-technical stakeholders (business leaders, marketers).
• SEO & Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable and ranks well in search engines.
• Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of content strategies that support product launches, user education, and brand positioning.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and developer relations teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
• Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a technical writer or content creator in the AI/ML or software industry.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, transformers, prompt engineering, etc.).
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content.
• Familiarity with tools like Markdown, Git, and content management systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience writing for GenAI platforms or products (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.).
• Knowledge of Python, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with video scripting or multimedia content creation.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance.
