Description:

The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead of full-cycle recruiters based in India and hiring for positions in the U.S. team dedicated to hiring top technical talent for Milestones international team, and providing guidance and mentorship. You will be integral in evolving our sourcing and recruiting strategies and hiring processes. You will also help ensure our team delivers an exceptional experience for our candidates, stakeholders, and colleagues.

This is a hybrid position, where you will work onsite three days a week in our Hyderabad office. Additionally, the work hours for this role are night shift, where you will work U.S. Central Standard Hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of global recruiters; develop, mentor, and coach direct reports in end-to-end recruiting processes to support efficiency and scalability and ensuring delivery of an exceptional experience for candidates and internal and external clients
  • Lead the team, hiring managers, and stakeholders to improve  cost-effective  strategies for sourcing, recruiting, and retention
  • Demonstrate and provide guidance and training on innovative sourcing approach/methodology, leveraging professional and social networking and other recruitment tools/technologies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and offer negotiation process for self and team
  • Cultivating meaningful relationships as a trusted advisor and business partner to hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Maintain assessment and reporting of recruiting productivity and performance  
  • Builds Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & builds partnerships and manages the procurement and vendor performance evaluation
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify job boards, posting sites, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and other relevant associations to further drive the staffing brand

Desired Experience and Requirements

•       A Bachelors degree is required

•       A minimum of ten (10) years of experience recruiting technical professionals for U.S. companies leading our MSP team

•       A minimum of three years leading a full-cycle recruiting or sourcing function 

•       Strong recruiting and business acumen to develop and manage established metrics

•       Demonstrated success in coaching and developing others 

•       Knowledge of current market trends and competitive data

•       A blend of agency and in-house experience preferred

•       Proficient in various applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn preferred) and, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Team, Outlook) 

•       Ability to deliver results while navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving goals
