Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Candidate will be based at Juinagar, Navi Mumbai and will be responsible for -

Talent Acquisition:

Assist and contribute in the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, and screening candidates.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
You will utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring, to source candidates.
To Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Should have hands on experience in recruiting candidates for Corporate, Plant - Production, QC, QA and Engineering departments, etc.

Operations:

Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
Manage full and final settlement procedures for departing employees.
Administer employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
This role includes team management responsibilities, requiring leadership skills to mentor and guide a team of recruiters.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
He / She should have 8 - 10 years of experience in handling HR, End - to - End recruitment and Team handling in the pharmaceutical industry.
Working Pharma Company or Pharma consultant can also apply who has good hands on Talent Acquisition and leadership role.
Candidate who can join within 1 month are preferred.
