Job Description

As a talent acquisition leader at New Relic, your role will involve leading a team of Regional Recruiters to develop inclusive hiring strategies aligned with business priorities. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, inspiring, and developing a team of Regional Recruiters to build and deliver inclusive hiring strategies - Creating innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies for the Region that align with business priorities and workforce plans - Driving adoption of the hiring framework, "Hiring For Success," through trainings and communication to ensure consistent and equitable processes - Coaching and developing team members, setting high standards for excellence, and building strong business relationships - Partnering and collaborating across global teams to ensure alignment and engagement as a People Team - Empowering a data-oriented recruiting team to set hiring priorities and align resources effectively - Using analytics and industry intelligence to provide insights for strategic decision-making - Creating and delivering key programs/projects to improve diversity, process, and strategy for the region - Ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring leaders Your qualifications for this role include: - 12+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 4+ years in the technology industry, preferably SaaS/Product companies - Experience working in a high-growth/fast-paced environment and contributing to the transformation and growth of the TA function - 3+ years of leadership/mentorship experience - Ability to devise and lead talent strategies in a fast-growth tech environment - Proven ability to build strategic relationships with business leaders and internal partners - Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions and insights - Extraordinary presentation and communication skills for influencing key leaders and assessing hiring trends - Global recruiting experience is desirable Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
