As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Cisco supporting the Customer Experience (CX) Organization in India, you will play a crucial role in transforming the candidate experience and building high-performing teams that drive customer success. Your responsibilities will involve partnering with key stakeholders, defining hiring strategies, and leading end-to-end recruitment efforts across the CX and Customer Success functions. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent that aligns with Cisco's evolving business needs and long-term goals. This role goes beyond recruitment as it focuses on building a high-performing workforce, enhancing the company's brand, and shaping the future of CX. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with the CX Theatre Leader for India and other business leaders to define hiring strategies, drive workforce planning, and ensure a seamless and human-centered candidate experience. You will act as a subject matter expert in inclusive and diverse hiring practices, build strong talent pipelines, and advise hiring managers on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and local market dynamics. Additionally, you will influence hiring decisions by providing data-driven insights and guiding candidates and hiring managers through the offer and closing process. To excel in this role, you should bring 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a global tech or enterprise sales environment. You must be an exceptional communicator and trusted advisor who can influence senior stakeholders with credibility and insight. The ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments, navigate complexity, and solve problems effectively is essential.
