Job Description

Role & responsibilities Strategic Talent Acquisition Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with project timelines and business growth plans. Collaborate with project heads and functional leaders to forecast manpower requirements across sites and corporate offices. Build a robust talent pipeline for critical roles in civil engineering, MEP, safety, quality, and project execution. Sound Knowledge on Manpower Planning and deployment schedule & Demobilization tracking Recruitment Operations Manage end-to-end recruitment for site-based and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Leverage job portals, social media, industry networks, and campus hiring to attract top talent. Ensure timely closure of positions to meet project mobilization schedules. Sound Knowledge in Different methods of sourcing such as Head Hunting, Networking, Social Media etc. Compliance & Reporting Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, safety norms, and internal policies. Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review. Drive initiatives for diversity hiring and local workforce inclusion at project sites. Forecasting and planning workforce needs based on project timelines and mobilization schedules. Ability to analyze hiring metrics, prepare dashboards, and present insights to leadership Preferred candidate profile Experience in hiring for large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, buildings, EPC, Contractor side companies etc.). Knowledge of HRMS/ATS platforms and recruitment analytics. Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus. Forecasting and planning workforce needs based on project timelines and mobilization schedules. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software for managing recruitment workflows. Knowledge of Indian labor laws, contract staffing norms, and site-level compliance requirements. Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a recruitment team to achieve hiring goals. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with project heads, HR partners, and senior leadership. Focused on achieving hiring targets within defined timelines and budgets. Comfortable working in a dynamic, project-driven environment with changing priorities. Clear and effective verbal and written communication with candidates and internal teams. Skilled in negotiating offers, vendor terms, and candidate expectations. Ability to address hiring challenges creatively and proactively. Maintains high ethical standards and handles sensitive information with discretion
