Manager Talent Acquisition

What You’ll Do

Lead
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Manage hiring across
Tech & Non-Tech domains
at multiple levels.
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and design recruitment strategies.
Build strong pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
Ensure an excellent
candidate experience
throughout the hiring journey.
Track and share key hiring metrics with stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of proven experience
in Talent Acquisition.
Strong track record in
both Tech & Non-Tech hiring
.
Hands-on expertise in handling
end-to-end recruitment independently
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in using
ATS and sourcing tools
.
