Manager Talent Acquisition

What You’ll Do

  • Lead

    end-to-end recruitment

    : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Manage hiring across

    Tech & Non-Tech domains

    at multiple levels.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and design recruitment strategies.
  • Build strong pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Ensure an excellent

    candidate experience

    throughout the hiring journey.
  • Track and share key hiring metrics with stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of proven experience

    in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong track record in

    both Tech & Non-Tech hiring

    .
  • Hands-on expertise in handling

    end-to-end recruitment independently

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in using

    ATS and sourcing tools

    .
