Job Description

This job requires you to build a strong understanding of the market, competition (both offline & online) & deliver insights, basic analytics, logics & trends in the market.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Create and own the PLC (product life cycle) for all new launches.
Responsible for both topline & bottomline for each at a PLC level.
Scope of PLCs include (but not limited to) : Sales projections, specifications & pricing inputs, selection strategy with timelines, profitability
Develop and set the right tracking metrics.
Develop a sharp process to capture & track competition details every month.
Will be SPOC for all market share related discussions & would be responsible for closing duopoly market share with central strategy team.
Work on certain company's Unique/EOL deals with all required inputs & help business teams secure the deals.
Liaison between all stakeholders (BizFin, Buy & Sellside team, Demand Planning) and ensure seamless work/knowledge flow.

Preferred Experience & Skills :

2 years of e-commerce/Retail/FMCG experience with a Bachelor's degree.
Supply Planning/Demand Planning experience in a Category will be a plus.
Hands on experience in any analytics tools, MS-Excel, SQL.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to express thoughts logically & succinctly.
