Job Description

Key responsibilities

Manage customer orders from receipt to close: pricing, order entry (ERP), confirmations and delivery-date coordination.
Handle invoice corrections, return authorizations and corrective action workflows.
Maintain and update accurate customer records and CRM/ERP systems.
Develop and execute supply plans aligned with stocking strategies and S&OP inputs.
Create and monitor KPIs and reports (on-time delivery, PO accuracy, inventory health).
Execute purchase orders with suppliers and monitor inbound shipments; coordinate with 3PLs/warehouses.
Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Order Fulfilment and Finance to resolve fulfilment/supply issues.
Triage and own customer and partner escalations until resolution.
Drive continuous improvement: identify process gaps and propose efficiency solutions.
Work independently and multi-task across projects while meeting internal SLAs and KPIs.
