Position: SCM Head Qualification: • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration. • Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in handling Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments. Preferably, experience in exporting and importing goods from Russia and China. Working experience in India, Africa and Middle East is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the companys business goals. Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards, particularly for DG shipments. Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers across 12 countries. Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Utilize data analytics to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and mitigate risks. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support business growth.
