Designation - Manager/ Sr Manager International Marketing/Business Development

Location: Vadodara

Market: APAC,Japan,CIS,Turkey,South Africa,Australia

Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and manage seeding projects for regulated and non-regulated markets.
Lead sales, marketing, and business development for APIs.
Formulate strategies to capture new projects and customers, achieving annual revenue targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships through periodic visits and coordinate plant visits and audits.
Analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies using various research tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Financial, Logistics).
Attend industry events to stay updated on trends and support marketing activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and pressure management abilities.
Proven learning capabilities and adaptability to market trends.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
Experience in international business development, especially in the pharmaceutical/API industry
