Formulating strategies to capture new projects & customers ensuring geographic market penetration. Effective Negotiations to achieve the desired annual revenue target Customer service & relationship management with periodic visits to customers. Coordinating for customers plant visits and Audits Identifying & analysing market dynamics using various databases, reports & market research tool Liaising with cross functional departments like project management, R&D, Quality, regulatory, licensing, legal, financial and operational/ logistic teams and management Competitors analysis in terms of their pricing, product offerings, challenges or limitations, strategic decisions & expansions Attending Industry Trade shows, conferences or professional gathering to catch upon the changing trends of the industry & Supporting Marketing & Promotion activities.
