Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic R&D Portfolio/Project Lead to spearhead our API Business projects. This role is critical in managing project execution from conception to completion, ensuring that all timelines, budgets, and scope requirements are met. You will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive project success and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Lead and manage all phases of projects, ensuring adherence to stage-gate methodologies. Guarantee project delivery within the agreed timelines, scope, and budget. Develop and manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs tailored to customer specifications and project requirements. Collaborate with management and sales teams to draft, finalize, and submit comprehensive project proposals to clients. Stakeholder Engagement: Initiate projects by convening with internal stakeholders to define project attributes, scope, and deadlines. Conduct regular web-based conferences with customers to review project progress and address any ongoing issues. Create and present detailed reports using tools like Gantt charts, pie charts, PowerPoint slides, tracking sheets, and Excel for senior management. Communication and Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication across departments and teams for all projects and NCE evaluations. Maintain continuous interaction with all functional areas and management levels to ensure smooth project operations and stakeholder alignment. Resolve project-related issues and conflicts by escalating them to relevant internal stakeholders and convening Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meetings to ensure prompt resolution. Documentation and Follow-up: Distribute meeting minutes within 24 hours, outlining discussions, responsibilities, and timelines. Keep all project documentation precise, current, and accessible. Logistics and Delivery: Coordinate with the logistics team and customers to ensure timely consignment delivery upon project completion.
