Job Description

Prepare structure design

Prepare general assembly drawings, parts/shop drawing
Good visulization power, quick learner and self starter
Prepare solar system detail design with documents and all drawings
Prepare bill of material for all solar projects
Modifying designs and revised them as per requirements
Able to manage raw material production
Define structure layout, tilt angle, and module configuration.
Perform design optimization for cost, manufacturability, and transportation.
Perform structural calculations for wind, dead, live, and seismic loads as per IS 875, IS 800, IS 801 and ASCE standards.
Conduct analysis using STAAD or equivalent tools to verify member sizing and joint integrity.
Validate design safety under different site conditions and tilt configurations.
Generate cutting lists, material take-offs, and BOM for procurement and fabrication.
Maintain drawing revisions and control documentation.
Review site feedback and update designs for continuous improvement.
Provide design assistance during prototype fabrication and field trials
Ensure all designs meet IS, ASCE design standards.
Verify coating thickness, material grade, and connection detailing.
Conduct design validation through structural testing or field verification.
Support client technical queries, clarifications, and approvals.
