We’re Hiring – Showroom & Dealer Manager (Salem, Tamil Nadu)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee
daily showroom operations
and
dealer communication
Maintain
sales reports and monthly targets
Manage staff attendance, discipline, and task assignments
Coordinate and motivate the sales and support teams
Handle customer issues and forward service-related queries to the Service Manager
Ensure smooth communication between sales, service, and dealer networks

Requirements

Must be based in
Salem, Tamil Nadu
6 months – 1 year
of experience in sales (automobile or EV preferred)
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Ability to handle staff and customer operations efficiently

Compensation & Growth

Fixed Salary:
₹20,000 per month
Attractive Incentives:
Based on sales performance
Assured Hike:
10% salary increase every
14 months
Performance Hike:
Additional increments for proven excellence
