Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Sales and Business Development:

    Identify new sales opportunities for LSCC (Large Size conveyor Chains) chains within various industries such as manufacturing, cement, logistics, mining, automotive, and food processing. Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers, emphasizing the technical features, advantages, and benefits of our LSCC chains. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and company objectives. Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and provide quotations to customers, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  2. Product Expertise and Support:

    Understand the technical aspects of LSCC chains, including its features, benefits, applications, and maintenance requirements. Provide technical advice and support to customers, helping them select the right LSCC products for their needs. Assist in troubleshooting issues and provide after-sales support to ensure smooth product performance. Stay updated with the latest developments in conveyor chain technology and industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure the continuous delivery of products and services that meet those needs. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate with the production, SCM, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of LSCC products.
  4. Market Research and Reporting:

    Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities. Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and market insights to management. Track sales activities, client interactions, and customer feedback in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and strategic decision-making.
  5. Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and technical content for LSCC chains.  Provide feedback from customers to the product development team for potential product improvements.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate with conveyor chain selling experience
