Job Title: Engineer / Sr. Engineer- Design Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Engineer Automations with hands-on experience in automation projects such as conveyor systems, ovens, washing tunnels, warehouse automation (ASRS), and robotic/gantry systems (servo, LM, ball screw, pneumatic, hydraulic). Roles & Responsibilities: Study customer specifications and inputs for design development Design and develop automation projects using SolidWorks Validate feasibility of parts and assemblies Create BOMs and production drawings Select suitable mechanical elements motors, gearboxes, bearings, etc. Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams (CFT) Develop and validate prototypes as per specs Liaise with suppliers and define specs for bought-out items Conduct client meetings and provide technical clarifications Ensure adherence to GD&T and ISO standards Lead continuous improvement initiatives and team mentorship Manage multiple projects from concept to validation Required Skills: Strong design proficiency in SolidWorks & AutoCAD Sound knowledge of mechanical design standards and engineering calculations Strong communication and leadership skills Detail-oriented and quick learner Familiarity with ISO procedures, GD&T Excellent problem-solving ability Software Skills: AutoCAD SolidWorks MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Role & responsibilities Key Skills: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Design Calculations, Mechanical Engineering, SPM, Automation Projects, Conveyor Systems, Robotics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics Education: B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
