Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment Organization, analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills Perform site audits to collect project and solution information Maintaining accurate and detailed records Grasping and adhering to instructions Working under pressure, meeting inflexible deadlines, and maintaining composure Capable of providing technical assistance to support staff and other employees Represent the organization as an internal contact and possibly a key external contact Work in US Day shift (India night shift i.e. 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST)
