Manager/ Sr. Manager- Corporate HR

As an HR Manager at a leading MNC in Auto Components Manufacturing, your role will involve overseeing HRM activities at the corporate level. You will be responsible for ensuring the uniform implementation and adherence of policies related to Compensation & Benefits within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving Diversity, Inclusion & Equity initiatives to build a culture that promotes DEI within the organization - Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the implementation of Darwin Box - Leading integration projects for Group Companies - Implementing process automation in HR to eliminate non-value-added tasks and enhance departmental productivity - Formulating manpower planning for the Group and participating in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) exercise Qualifications required for this position include: - MBA in HR or MA in Psychology from a reputable institute - Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a senior HR role - Strong articulation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders - Experience in project management, problem-solving, and budgeting - Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems In addition to the functional competencies in Labor Law, Analytics, and HRM practices, the leadership competencies expected from you include: - Collaboration - People Leadership - Strategic Thinking - Critical Thinking - Process Orientation - Result Driven - Communication - Willingness to Take Risks - Change Management - Customer Orientation Your success in this role will be supported by your excellent communication and reporting skills, planning and analytical abilities, negotiating and influencing skills, as well as your capacity to work effectively across different cultures.
