Manager, Solution Consulting

Role Overview

The Manager, Solution Consulting, will lead a team of highlyskilled consultants responsible for delivering UKG Pro and/or UKG Pro WFM(Dimensions) solutions to enterprise clients. This role requires a unique blendof people leadership, solution expertise, and strategic program oversight. Youwill drive solution quality, mentor consultants, manage client engagements atan executive level, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of SolutionConsultants across both Pro and WFM practices.

Provide coaching on advanced solutioning, systemconfiguration, and consulting best practices.

Foster a culture of collaboration, continuouslearning, and professional growth.

Manage staffing, resource allocation, and careerdevelopment for the team.

Drive adherence to best practices inconfiguration, testing, and documentation.

Serve as the senior escalation point for complexsolutioning and delivery challenges.

Practice Development & Governance

Establish frameworks, methodologies, andstandards for consistent solution delivery.

Promote continuous improvement in consultingpractices, tools, and delivery processes.

Advocate for industry best practices inworkforce management and HCM solution design.

Provide feedback to product teams to shapefuture capabilities and enhancements.

Collaborate with global consulting and deliveryteams to ensure knowledge sharing and alignment.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science orrelated field (Master s preferred).

Experience:

8-12 years of experience implementing / supportingenterprise HCM and WFM solutions.

5+ years of leadership experience in consulting,solution delivery, or professional services.

Proven expertise with UKG Pro and UKG Pro WFM(Dimensions) modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Leave, Scheduling,Forecasting, Attendance, Activities, and Employee Self-Service.

Track record of delivering complex,enterprise-scale implementations on time and within budget.

Skills:

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-buildingskills.

Deep understanding of workforce management, HCMprocesses, and technology landscapes.

Exceptional client-facing communication,presentation, and executive stakeholder management.

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, andprocess optimization capabilities.

Ability to balance strategic oversight withhands-on solution expertise.
