Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Business Consulting Risk team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in risk management, finance, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Provide expert guidance on risk management best practices to clients.
Identify and assess potential risks associated with business operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA/PGDM) is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development or a related field.
Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
