We are looking for a skilled sales professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to lead our Small and Medium Business (SMB) Renewal Account Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through SMB renewal accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the SALES industry.
Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
